java.time.ZonedDateTime The datetime from which mandate is valid and payments can be initiated. Cannot be set in the past. If omitted, the mandate is effective immediately.
to
java.time.ZonedDateTime The datetime after which the mandate expires and no further payments can be initiated. Must be after from. If omitted, the mandate has no expiry.
